Slab sawing or flat sawing is the most identified diamond cutting method. Slab sawing features a diamond blade that is mounted on a walk behind machine requiring one operator. It is generally used to cut horizontal surfaces such as floors, bridge decks, expansion joints, and pavement.

For inside concrete cutting, an electric slab saw is used. No carbon fumes for hospitals, schools and factories.

Depth of cut:  24"  (up to 33" upon request)
Powered by:  Gas or Electric for exhaust-free

Slab sawing is an efficient means of cutting any aggregate. It is quick and precise, allowing other contracting work to be performed virtually uninterrupted.

Concrete Cutting of Bridge Deck

Concrete cutting was performed on an abandoned bridge using the slab saw. The bridge deck was cut by the slab saw into concrete sections that allowed for easier removal by the bridge's owner.
